DJsounds delves deep into the hugely popular Goodgreef 8th birthday party, held at The Warehouse Project in Manchester, UK, and records interviews with top deck talents – Eddie Halliwell and Preach. Yes, the tech trance and hard dance levels are fired right up in this footage as the guys from Goodgreef chat to their guests about everything from the party and their skills, to collaborations and future plans… First up to speak is Preach (aka Phillipe Babin), the DJ/producer and head of Relic Recordings, who has released an album (Transatlantic) and remixed the likes of Tiësto since moving from Canada to Europe in 2005. Later in the night Ben from Goodgreef tracks down their main room headliner Eddie Halliwell, whose incredible energy and use of digital DJ technology impresses Paul van Dyk and Pioneer alike – not to mention his loyal legion of fans as you can see! Goodgreef returns, this time to The View in Cheshire, UK, with yet another club-busting line-up on Saturday 14th March. Words: LRC
