Interview: Sébastien Léger at Noxx, Belgium

Thu 24.09.2009

Check out the self-defined ‘groovysmoothtekhousetropicalminimalfunkytechno’ DJ/producer Sébastien Léger as he rinses the efx and talks to DJsounds from Belgium’s club Noxx.

In this interview he speaks out about his style and DJing around the world, from Brazil to Belgium.

French born but currently Amsterdam-based, Sébastien has been producing for over ten years and earlier this year released ‘The People’ on Eric Prydz’s label Pryda Friends.

As the boss of Mistakes Music he then returned to his own label with the likes of Le Moustique/Foxy, and even fitted in a remix for Deadmau5.

Sébastien now follows up with another big blast in the name of the bleepy, bass-heavy ‘Bubbly’ and ‘Discotechno’.

You can catch Sébastien DJing this summer everywhere from Amnesia in Ibiza to Cocoon Club in Germany, before he nails a string of gigs across the USA. Words: LRC
